Editorial Review:

Amazon.com:
The lightest of the first three films, Lethal Weapon 3 finds everyone occupying comfortable positions like students who always choose to sit in the same classroom seats. Mel Gibson and Danny Glover return as LAPD partners whose working method consists of the former diving into danger and the latter holding back. (The sequence set in the parking garage of a building, in which Gibson inadvertently trips a switch that makes a timed explosive device speed up, is priceless.) Joe Pesci once again plays a motor-mouth pest, and while the story is pretty much forgettable, it does introduce the best new dynamic in the series, a romance between Gibson and Rene Russo's equally tough but attractive cop. --Tom Keogh

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Russo Makes This One Two Stars
They add Rene Russo to this movie to help us remember that Mullet Gibson is hetero sexual or at least to make us forget that the homoerotic love fest between he and Glover is strictly buddy buddy (yeah right). Mullet still hams it up with his tongue ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Good movie, but not as good as the others.
Now don't get me wrong, this movie is deffinetly a good and entertaining movie to watch. It has good action and a lot of comedy, however it is probably the worst one in the series. Lethal Weapon 3 seemed to tone down the movie series quite a lot. It ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - A fun, play it straight, cop action film
This is the first Lethal Weapon movie I've seen, and I must say I was thoroughly entertained. Though it might have been a disappointment to some fans in the series, I found it refreshing to see this one first, why? Because I think I can judge it better ... Read More

Weapon movie.Joe Pesci returns as smart alec Leo Getz, though his role
is smaller in this movie. However ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - The Charm's Still There, But It's Rather Weak This Time Around
Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) and Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) are still together, but Murtaugh is supposed to retire in eight days. As Murtaugh always says he's just "getting too old for this s**t." However, he loves his job and has no idea what he's going ... Read More
