One Email to their customer service and with no hassle an AC adaptor was sent to me at no charge. It was a good deal. Rating:  - Both Work great with my Sansa e200 seriesBoth Work great with my Sansa e200 series. IT WORKS PERFECT AND CHEAP. It cannot get any better than that Rating: - Great value!This is an awesome product. It works in the car or plugged into the wall outlet. The order came in on time.
