Kids go from Harry Potter type books into extreme fantasy with now vampires and werewolves, which is very entertaining. Yet, if you really want an incredible fantasy that is close to real life read: Nevaeh and Natas: A Spiritual Fantasy. This has a different twist of Heaven and Hell, but yet it is a great book for teens to read. Hopefully, a movie will be made as well and a series is coming up for this incredible book that has a seriousness of morals and also fun and humor. Rating: - omg this book is AMAZINGOMG, THIS BOOK IS AMAZZZING! I READ IT 4 TIMES, AND IM OBSESSED WITH EDWARD. JAKE IS OK...KINDA HOT TEMPERED THOUGH, AND HES ALWAYS LIKE, "ITS EDWARD OR ME, BELLA". THIS BOOK IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS I HAVE EVER READ (ONE OF SINCE IT IS TIED WITH TWILIGHT AND NEW MOON) BUY THIS BOOK PLEEEAAAAASE....ITS SOOOOOO GOOD! Rating: - Captivating...But What's New?Like the previous books Stephenie Meyer has written, this is a book worth reading. It starts out when Bella Swan, an eighteen-year-old clumsy female with...oh yeah, an irresistably beautiful vampire boyfriend named Edward Cullen, is reading Jacob's note to her. You actually see little blots of ink where the inference is he couldn't control his temper and pressed down on the paper too hard. Everything Bella narrated was a simple, down-to-earth statement. It's amazing how large this phenomenon has grown. Stephenie Meyer writes minimally but ends up making something great. Bella is torn between her love for Edward and her love for Jacob ("love" being a misunderstood term - she loves Jacob but loves Edward irrevocably) and the book advances on that. With Victoria hunting Bella down and the graduation coming nearer, Bella's got enough on her plate. But when a horrifying discovery comes to mind later in the book, Bella's up to her elbows in problems. I have a hypothesis on how this saga is such a big hit. I think the whole realistic fiction tied with some fantasy and a lot of romance can really make a teenager, from ages 12-18, understand and comprehend the natural romance that anyone can have. I enjoyed the saga and was thouroughly dissapointed that there's not going to be another book. (Except for Midnight Sun.) Rating: - Edward & Bella Are Back! This was a welcome change for me because I did not enjoy New Moon as much as Twilight. But Edward & Bella return in Eclipse and I enjoyed this part of the story. I read some of the negative reviews and yes, the decision making and portions of the story are unrealistic but that is the point - why are you reading a book about vampires and werewolves and expecting it to be realistic? It's about escapism and fantasy. This is an engaging, easy to read, suspenseful, beautiful story that fits nicely into the saga. I enjoyed and recommend it highly. Rating: - Devilish Book!Like I said in my review of the first horrible novel in this demonic series, vampire novels are never the stuff of truth, they are, rather, the stuff of nightmares and demons! These "Twilight" novels should go out of print and to a warehouse to collect dust forever! By reading them, people knowingly or unknowingly glorify Satan! These books should be taken off Amazon.com!
