Rating:  - $5 is o.k.For five bucks it's my most skipped Metallica. If you read my previous review, then know this. RUN AWAY from this piece of garbage. Once you cut your balls off, you can't just grow them back. I recommend Master of Puppets or Ride the Lightning. But, then again, it's only five bucks. I'll most likely find a track to like. Rating:  - Oh Thank God! Real Music Again!Friends, I can't tell you how disappointed I've been over the last 15 years with the band that started it all for me, Metallica. So after all this time of me figuring these guys were washed up and sold out, they FINALLY release a decent album! It's a progression from the And Justice album, so it's not quite back to the really heavy days of Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets but this is a good record. Rick Rubin is my hero! Welcome back Metallica! Rating:  - Much better than expected!Well, I was going to avoid buying or even giving this album a listen. I saw it on sale at a local store for [...] bucks and thought that wasn't too bad, and I picked it up. I am so glad I did. This doesn't even sound like the same band that did St. Anger! I'll admit, I like 1 or 2 tracks from St. Anger, but this entire album is great in my opinion. If you're looking for another Load or Reload, go elsewhere. This is probably as close to stuff like Kill 'Em All that these guys can touch at this time of their lives, but dammit is it good! I still listen to this entire album at least once a week. Not bad for someone who's taste is that of death metal. Rating: - Metallica is back!This is what the fans where waiting for al those years. This is Metallica! When you listen to the songs they remained you of Kill 'em All, Ride The Lightning & Master Of Puppets. Bang that head that doesn't bang! Rating: - metal at its bestthis is a good cd, if you like metallica, you will like this. they went back to the basics of who they were musically. they even used some of their older amps and guitars. this is going to be classic, its very good. the sound on this cd is top shelf. they all play as good as i ever heard them play on a cd. every song is good in its own way. its the best in a while that they have done. my opinion its already one my favorite metal cds. you can really hear their overdriven amps on a lot of the tracks, which gives a really cool sound. one of the best new metal albums out right now.
