When I recieved the dress it was beautifull I am 14-16 and originally was ordering he xl as is the standard. I went through the chart and thought based on what they had the XL may be a bit snug. I ordered the 2xl which I never wear and when I tried putting it on (because my chest is a 40 dd
it did not close past my waist. I am not sure to return it and get a 3xl as not sure what the dress may look like? The bottom of the dress was somewhat wide but OK ... So Sadly I am sending this back and am re-thinking ordering the correct size

Rating: - Dress had problems, and customer service from PacificPlex very bad
This dress was cute, and I think it would have fit fine it I had been able to do up the zipper. It was so poorly set into the bodice that I could not zip it past the waist band even when I did not have the dress on. The dress had other serious construction problems. There were loose threads and puckered seams all over the garment.

I sent two e-mails to PacificPlex about this and asking how they wanted to handle exchange for an undamaged dress but have yet to receive an acknowledgment or reply to the e-mail.(It as been almost a month) Since I did not hear back from the manufacturer re-boxed the dress and returned it to Amazon. I did get a refund, but only for the cost of the dress not for shipping either way. I think I should have been refunded for shipping since I returned the product because it was defective not because of any reason on my part.

Bottom line cute dress, crappy constriction, really horrid customer service from PacificPlex

Rating: - Beautiful Hawaiian Dress
I love this dress. I had been looking for a Hawaiian dress that was different from the traditional older style dress. This dress fit me like a glove and was very flattering to my figure. I bought it for a Luau party but I plan to use it for other events this summer. I definately recommend buying it.
