This two-pack Bananagrams set is perfect: if you're buying for yourself, you'll certainly think of someone else to give the other set to.

This game is great for all ages because most of the time you're playing "against yourself", developing your own crossword puzzle out of the letters you have, not waiting for someone else to make their move -- which may or may not destroy the one you've just scouted out. It's very flexible: you can re-arrange your board as much as you like, adapt the rules as you see fit (we even allow multiple languages). When playing with a mix of ages, we also like to form kid-adult teams: even beginning readers can contribute, because the "little words" are just as useful as the long ones. But beyond that, it's a lot of fun, easy to transport (compact, with no board needed), and an educational diversion.

This is a great game for a wide age range. I play it at home as well as the hospital unit where I work and the patients love it. I even got one for my father and his wife for holiday!

Rating: - Great game but don't buy from bravofun
I love bananagrams; it is a great game and we had lots of fun playing it over the holidays. However, you are wasting your money on this dual set from bravofun. Since you can buy the game for $14.95 at any local games store, you are paying $2 extra for one sheet of laser printed paper with some anagrams on it. I thought it would be helpful for playing the game, but the anagrams are of famous names and phrases. Definitely a waste of money. Also, I bought this set online because my local stores were out of the game right before Christmas. I paid extra for expedited shipping and did not receive it in a timely fashion. Granted, they did not guarantee delivery by Christmas, but I paid for 2-3 day priority mail and it didn't arrive for over a week. Don't waste your money here!
