Rating: - No tech support or customer service
After installing this product some features did not work. After I notified tech support they requested addtional information which I returned the very next day. After two weeks and no reply from tech support I emailed customer service. It has now been almost three weeks since I sent the additional information to tech support and I have received no reply from them or from customer service. I am uninstalling this product and going back to Norton.

Rating: - Bit Defender Internet Security 2009
Bit Defender was easy to install and just as it claimed does not slow down your computer. It also does a great job at scanning all your files. I use the full scan about once a week. If I do a deep scan I do it at night as it takes a longer time. I have not had any problems with my computer since removing Norton and installing this program. The price is fair also and includes a two year package for what most similar programs charge for 1 year.

Rating: - Not for my system!
I run win XP Pro 32 bit and installed this software only to have my system lock me out. Great security!!! I had to reinstall my entire operating system. Lots of work. The Mfg. had me return the product to them and they called a week later and said your refund if approved will be returned in 6 to 8 weeks. Beware of this one!!!!!

Rating: - extremely difficult installation, software still not functioning
I purchased this product after searching the net for antivirus reviews and found that this was a top rated product on one site.
The product loaded properly but does not function to date as I keep getting a rejection message when the program looks to its own web site.
Tech Support took four days to return my e-mail response and everything that I was instructed to do by Tech Support failed to work.
BUY NORTON or TREND save your headaches.

Rating: - 2009 full of bugs
I have used BD Anti-virus 2008 for more then a year and I couldn't be more happy. When my licenses expired I decided to upgrade to 2009 and that when the troubles started: installation (took 3 tries to install it), performance, updates.

I am still waiting for support to get back to me after number of e-mails.
