Rating: - Very cheaply made.
This product couldn't be used because the parts wouldn't even fit together. Can we say the absence of any quality assurance program! I am sending this unit back for a refund. I wouldn't recommend buying this product. I understand this is not a commercial unit and is for occasional home use but I would have liked to at least use it once.

Rating: - Looks cool but doesn't function the way it should!
I bought this product and was greatly disappointed. Though it looks good on the counter it doesn't work. The rollers didn't fit in the way they should, so they wouldn't turn evenly and smoothly. It was very poorly crafted, the rollers weren't sturdy and bent out of shape when taken out of the package. If you want something that looks cute this is for you. But, if you want something that cooks hot dogs you want to look somewhere else.
