There's a Steve Tibbett's quote that[in a nutshell] states that listening to Dean Magraw play is akin to listening to a dancer!! If you can delve into that kind of logic then you are on the right track as far as listening to and watching Dean play. Check him out on You-Tube for an insight on him playing various tracks. No singing, 'cause it's all in the music. As for this CD,well, it's another trip with Mr. Magraw @ the helm! The music seems to pour out of his heart and soul, like a perpetual summer breeze...over you and into you like no other! He closes his eyes and soars.Fortunately, he is holding a guitar and we get to hear how he is feeling! If this sounds funny,well, I'm not joking. If you're into guitar playing at a "higher" level,then this might be your audio nirvana! He is truly a wizard at making music[acoustic or electric]. All good. Believe it!
